Construction Quality Assurance

1. The house structure is made up of Reinforced Concrete
2. The roof tiles are all ceramic
3. The outer walls of each house is thermally insulated and also has an air chamber.
4. The outer shell is coated with a waterproof Mortar.
5. The outer perimeter of the external walls are Natural Stone Cladded up to one metre (Colour chosen by client).
6. Concrete Mouldings in the windows and doors.
7. White Marble on the all of the windowsills and vestibules.
8. All windows are protected by Rejas (Iron Bars).
9. All inner walls and ceilings are plastered.
10. Stucco Mouldings around the ceiling edges throughout the house.
11. Facilities:
    • A) Electricity
    • B) Plumbing
    • C) Telephone And T.V. connections available in Living Room and Bedrooms
    • D) Air Conditioning pre-installed
    • E) Gas in Kitchen.
12. Tiled and Paved according tiles and paving chosen by client; (Estimated price per square metre, including edging and decoration is €9.02 per m²)
13. Interior doors made from Pine.
14. White Aluminium External Doors and Windows, including Folding, Climalit, Aluminium Blinds.
15. Complete internal and external painting of the house.
16. All wooden interior doors are lacquered and transparent varnished.

17. The perimeter of the house is tiled with Ceramic, Rustic Patio Tiles to a distance of 1 metre. These tiles are then reinforced with a concrete curb.
18. All work is built and sold by HERMANOS MENA S.C.A. and includes:
    • A) House Project
    • B) Technical Manual of the Work
    • C) All permissions and licences from the Town Hall and other administrations.
