Constructions and Promotions in Almeria

Welcome to the home page Hermanos Mena SCA here is a summary of the work we have done and the projects we have in place to perform.
Our actions are carried out in the Levante area of Almeria although we are prepared to act in any part of Spain. Our work will focus on the promotion and construction of residential housing, also called for British citizens "Villas" although we also perform any work related to construction.
We are located in the Almanzora Valley in a very pretty village called Zurgena, the weather is very good with temperatures warm temperate and sometimes throughout the year. The local people are very friendly and helpful and generally lives a very human social climate. It may be because our geographical location puts us halfway between the mountains and the sea, because on the one hand we have the beach 30 km and 50 km mountain. Our valley is not very often watered by the Rio Almanzora which rises in the mountains of Filabres;specifically in the village of Palomares Alcontar and leads. We have the proximity to great beaches such as those of Vera and Mojacar.
Zurgena dwellers are from different parts of the area that originally decided to live in this beautiful town, but now we have a small number of new residents of foreign nationality as English, German, Belgian, French and Danes that has added to live with us and enjoy the charm, tranquility and safety, which this country has.
